Instructional Design Projects
E-Learning Videos
These are some examples of e-learning videos that I've made as an instructional designer.
Instructional Design Interview with a Professional
For this project, my partner and I interviewed Shawn Braxton, the Executive Director of Learning Technology & Training Services in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. This was an invaluable opportunity to talk to someone in the instructional design field and learn from them.

Davey Resource Group Intro Video (E-Learning Course)
For this project, I wanted to make an introductory video for my e-learning course on how to be a utility resource specialist at Davey Tree. This was a great opportunity to play with video creation on Canva for a course.

Cognitivism Learning Theory Video Assignment
For this project, my partner and I chose a learning theory and created a video explaining the theory and role-playing examples of the theory in practice. For this assignment, I chose cognitivism specifically and explained it in a way a child, teenager, and adult could understand the learning theory.

Job Aids/Presentations
These are some examples of job aids and presentations that I've made as an instructional designer.

Game of Life Project Workshop Agenda and Facilitator Guide
This job aid is used for the Game of Life project, which is a classroom assignment that can be used with middle school or high school students, and the PDF is a workshop agenda and facilitation guide to implement the game and lessons.

Myths and Misconceptions About the Aging Process Presentation
This presentation was created based on a case study requesting something be created for myths and misconceptions about the aging process. This presentation caters to the different stakeholders in the case study by storyboarding a sample learning module that is inviting and provides opportunities to build empathy and gain perspective while also incorporating effective instructional design principles.

PBIS 2.0 Project Deliverables
This project consisted of working with the PBIS Committee at my school to create professional development presentations and job aids to help clarify different parts of PBIS and the PBIS Rewards App for the teachers in the school building to improve student behavior school-wide. I created the training and job aids for the classroom teachers.

The Aquarium At Cairns Kisok Display Presentation
This presentation was created based on a case study to show a sample kiosk design for an aquariun. The design includes the connection
between the wetlands, the historical component, and conservation, which is an opportunity to
engage students and the general public to learn more and donate towards expansion projects to
improve The Aquarium.

Learning Models
Flowchart
This job aid was to show the different types of learning models and what they consist of. It includes Behaviorism, Social Cognitive Theory, Cognitive Learning Processes, Cognitive Information Processing, Constructivism, and Gagne's Theory of Instruction.

Nine Innings At Fort Bliss Game Concept Presentation
This presentation was created based on a case study to show a sample game presentation for creating a paper-based video game design that can engage students and create a meaningful change in teaching and learning about sensitive and controversial issues. This presentation and game were specifically focused on Japanese people being forced into this camp and their day-to-day life.
Analysis/Evaluations
These are some examples of analyses and evaluations that I've made as an instructional designer.

Training Evaluation and Report
PowerSchool Learning Path: Special Programs: Teachers
The evaluation was conducted to help a district determine if the investment of time and financial resources into PowerSchool’s Learning Path training system, specifically the Special Programs: Teachers modules, would be beneficial or if current in-house training methods suffice. To assess whether these objectives were met from the learning module, my partner and I completed 4 levels of evaluation based on the Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation.

Jet Blue University Proposal Plan
This proposal plan was created to assess, review, and develop an evaluation framework for the Principles of Leadership (POL) course from JetBlue University. I completed a comprehensive evaluation plan that will benefit everyone involved using the Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation.

Evaluation Plan for School-Based PBIS System
This evaluation plan was used for a school-based PBIS system and used the Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation to see how to improve staff usage of PBIS in the classroom, staff using positive language in the school, trainings for staff, and monthly meetings with the PBIS team of staff members.
